Check-in and Check-out: Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Please ensure your arrival and departure are during these hours.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of 50 rubles per day per person is applicable to all visitors staying in the Krasnodar region, including Sochi, until 31 December 2024. This is in accordance with the Krasnodar region law titled "On the introduction of a resort fee in the Krasnodar region" (amended on 22 December 2021).

Construction Work:
Restoration of a historic building and construction of a new one are ongoing within the complex. However, the apartments feature excellent soundproofing, so with doors closed, the noise will not disturb your stay.
